POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are.  If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

Australia Post is quick and reliable however, Foxy Princess cannot control delivery times as this is entirely at the discretion of Australia Post.  Further, Foxy Princess Clothing cannot accept responsibility for any losses through the Australia Post system. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to help you find it.  Additional insurance can be added to the shipping cost to insure against any unexpected loss.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders (Australian and International) are shipped via AUSTRALIA POST. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days on receipt of order and shipped out on the next business day.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

All ordered shipped within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Post system.

 

Local Pickup

Is only available for orders made within the local Cairns Region.  Payment must be made in full either before collection via various payment methods (Credit Card, EFT, Cheque or Money Order) or at the time of collection of your order (Pick Up & Pay).   

Pick Up Times are:  Monday to Friday 5pm - 5.30pm and Saturday 10am - 11am ONLY

If you miss your Pick Up time, you must reschedule your pick up time via email as soon as possible.  Orders will only be held for one missed Pick Up time before being restocked unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Express Post Delivery (Standard)

Postage within Australia is a flat fee of $15.50.  Delivery via Express Post will take between 2-5 business days within the Australia Post Express Post Network.  Outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

You can track your parcel through Australia Post tracking system (http://auspost.com.au/track/).

This service will not require a signature when the parcel is delivered and the parcel will be left in your letter box or at your door step. When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with Australia Post.

 

Registered Express Post Delivery

For an additional $5.00, you can receive piece of mind with delivery of your parcel through the Express Post Platinum delivery system.  This additional cost will give automatic compensation up to $100 should loss occur and will require a signature on delivery.  When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with Australia Post.  Additionally, you will be entitled to compensation up to $100 if loss occurs.

 

Registered Express Post Delivery + Insurance

The service is the same as Registered Express Post plus additional insurance for those who require cover above $100.  Additional insurance can be added for $5.00 per $100 of additional cover required.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Air Mail (Standard)

Postage to areas outside of Australia is a flat fee of $30.30. Delivery is via the Australia Post Air Mail network and will take between 14-21 business days.  Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

This service will not require a signature when the parcel is delivered. The parcel will be left in your letter box or at your door step. When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with Australia Post.

 

Receipted Air Delivery + Insurance

For an additional $5.00, you can choose to have confirmation of your parcel which will require a signature on delivery.  Insurance can be added for $10.00 per $200 of cover required.

When using this service, we DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with Australia Post.

 

Please Note:

International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

  • We have absolutely no control or jurisdiction over your government's duty/tax assessment or whether a duty/tax/tariff is assessed at all;
  • Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country;
  • Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges and/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
  • Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
  • We are required by Australian and international laws to list all purchases as merchandise at full cost and therefore, we cannot state on customs forms that purchases are gifts or change the purchase amount.
  • Due to customs processing in each country being different, shipping times for international orders are averages. Your order may arrive sooner than stated or, in those rare cases, later than the time frame listed. For this reason we cannot offer guaranteed arrival dates on international orders.

Free standard shipping is available for Australian and International customers for purchases exceeding $250.00 in a single transaction. If registered/receipted mail and/or insurance is required, the additional costs will still be charged.

 

BACK ORDERS

Sometimes an item will go out of stock before we can update the website or remove the link to that item. If this happens, we will notify you of the revised time frame for delivery as advised by our supplier, and give you the option of revising/reversing your order or waiting just a little bit longer.

 

TAX INVOICE

An itemised Tax Invoice is included in each shipment. All prices quoted on the Foxy Princess Clothing website are GST exclusive as we are not registered for GST.
