REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Foxy Princess Clothing endeavours to ensure all its customers are satisfied with their purchases.  We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products.  However, we do operate a "fair and reasonable" policy.  All items are thoroughly inspected for defects at our storage facility prior to shipping.  You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within 3 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the item/s you purchased are faulty or different to what was ordered, Foxy Princess Clothing offers a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date of purchase.

The faulty item must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION* and will be replaced with an identical product.  If we cannot replace the item, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of EQUAL OR LESSER value or provide you with a credit note to the value of the original purchase.  See below more information on our Returns Policy. Shipping is non-refundable.

The postmark date on the returned package must be within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping costs for items being returned and/or exchanged are the customer's responsibility. Although not required, it is suggested you insure the items being returned, as Foxy Princess Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit. The cost of return shipping of the exchanged item will be the responsibility of Foxy Princess Clothing.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you require an item to be exchanged due to incorrect size or colour compared with what was ordered, Foxy Princess Clothing offers a 21 DAY HASSLE FREE EXCHANGE policy from the date of purchase.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully.

The item requiring exchange must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION* and will be replaced with an identical product.  If we cannot replace the item, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of EQUAL OR LESSER value or provide you with a credit note to the value of the original purchase (excluding the cost of shipping). Shipping is non-refundable.

The postmark date on the returned package must be within 21 days of purchase.  Shipping costs for items being returned and/or exchanged are the customer's responsibility.  Although not required it is suggested you insure the items being returned, as Foxy Princess Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit.  The cost of return shipping of the exchanged item is also the customer's responsibility.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns and exchange of products other than for the above reasons will only be accepted PROVIDED that the product is returned to us in its ORIGINAL CONDITION*, unworn, free of perfume, smoke or any other odour with ALL tags still attached. The returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Any returns that do not conform to the returns policy will be discarded without processing. 

The postmark date on the returned package must be within 14 days of purchase.  Shipping costs for items being returned and/or exchanged are the customer's responsibility. Although not required it is suggested you insure the items being returned, as Foxy Princess Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit. The cost of return shipping of the exchanged item is also the customer's responsibility.

If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item, the difference is non-refundable.  If you choose to exchange a lower priced item for a higher priced item, the difference in price is payable by you.

 

**Jewellery, lingerie, underwear, clothing with underwear, swimwear, accessories and sale items are final sales an cannot be returned or exchanged**

 

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return/exchange orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no extra charge, within 7 business days from the date we receive the faulty product.  Where the return relates to any other reason, the replacement product will be sent out to you, once payment of the new postage charges have been received.

All exchanges and credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and may be refused at the discretion of Foxy Princess Clothing.  Refunds will be processed in the next billing cycle.

Foxy Princess Clothing provides high resolution imagery on its website therefore all products appear as represented.  All items are inspected to ensure the highest quality for our customers however, some slight imperfections may occur due to the manufacturing process.

*Original condition means unworn (except to try on the garment for sizing purposes), unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging, free of odour (smoke, perfume, deoderant etc) with all tags attached and untampered.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that Sale Items are a final sale.  Sale Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.

 

JEWELLERY, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR & ACCESSORIES

For hygiene purposes jewellery, underwear, clothing with underwear, lingerie, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  Please choose carefully.
